Under Article 13 GDPR, this notice explains how I process personal data when you send an inquiry through the form on brynkoprod.com.

Purpose and legal basis
I use the data to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
What data I process
Name, phone number or e-mail, project type, approximate budget and the text of your message. Providing the data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without a contact.
Recipients
- Web3Forms: delivers the form to my e-mail.
- Google (Gmail): the mailbox that receives the inquiry.
- hCaptcha: protects the form from bots and loads when the form is displayed.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and keeps its operational logs.
- YouTube: videos load in privacy-enhanced mode only after you click.
- News and Media Holding: thumbnails of NMH projects load from its servers, which therefore see your IP address.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, especially in the USA. Each provider states its transfer safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, in its own terms.
How long I keep the data
No longer than 12 months after our last communication if no contract follows. If a contract is concluded, I keep the data for its duration and for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to the e-mail above. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
